Are there any setup fees for the website design?
Our website plans require a one-time setup fee, and then a monthly fee for the length of the term.
NOTE: Our website plans require a credit or debit card payment that will be run each month automatically to ensure no service interruption.
Is there an agreement?
Yes, we will send you a scope of work and agreement so you know exactly what is included in your website project.
Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?
We will not deliver a website that you are unhappy with. We will work with you to improve your website design should you not be satisfied and ensure that you are delivered with what you originally asked for.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Our website plans require a credit or debit card payment that will be run each month automatically to ensure no service interruption.
Do I own the completed website?
You will own the site once you have fulfilled the 6-month term agreement. After the contract term is completed, you can continue your plan month-to-month with us, which is what most clients do. Alternatively, we can transfer the website files to you.
Can you make edits to my existing website?
Once you've fulfilled the term agreement, the website is yours. After that, most clients choose to continue with our month-to-month maintenance plan. Alternatively, we can transfer the website files to you, allowing you to manage and edit the site on your own.
Do I have to host my site through you?
Yes, hosting with us is required if signing up for one of our website plans.
Our Process
What if I need a logo?
We can design a logo for your business or organization at an affordable cost. Most basic logos start between $250-350. Please inquire about premium logo design.
Do you write content or provide photography?
For an additional cost, we will write the content for your website. We have numerous photographers we work with and would gladly connect you with them.
How long does it take to build my website?
Each project is different, but on average we have a website launched within 4 to 6 weeks. This timeline can be longer or shorter depending on the scope of work and how proactive you are with assets and revisions.
